Last week we shared the things to do on your second week of the search for your dream job here. This is the third of the four articles that will provide you with a detailed and step by step job hunting process. In exactly twenty eight days, you can start a new career for yourself.
Things to do on Week 3
Day 15: Application Sprint Two Apply to start-up jobs that are a good fit.
1) Apply generously, but do not spam applications to multiple roles in the same start-up!
2) Use the right CVs that match the roles.
3) Customise your cover letters where necessary.

5) Do not forget to note down details in Your Applications as you apply to each role.
6) If not visible, do some research on the start-ups LinkedIn company page to find out who is leading the recruitment, and add that person as a contact on Your Applications.

1) For the roles you have applied, but not received a response, seek out the job poster, recruiter or a contact from the company and very kindly, ask for an update.
2) For roles you have received a positive reply, follow up to schedule the next round of interviews or kindly ask if there is anything else they need from you.
