To be an emerging sales leader, driving new business growth at Juro by continuing to develop a repeatable sales engine and nurturing a team of A-player account executives.
You will take over the AE hiring process from James and play an influential part in building out our sales team and culture.
We see this as a Director of Sales who:
You will work closely with James to continue to build out scaleable and increasingly efficient processes across the sales team.
You will have ~5 direct reports from Day One and mandate to hire another 2 in H2.
Over time we see this role evolving into a manager of managers position where you’ll manage multiple AE Team Leads.
Success for you means:
We’re HQed in London but have distributed team members within BST +/- 3 hours. For this role, we prioritise candidates that want to work at least partly from our UK hub.
We can sponsor a UK work visa and we do offer relocation. But we do give priority to UK-based candidates without visa requirements.
3 stages totalling around 3.5 hours over 2.5 weeks.
We benchmarked £120-130k, double OTE plus generous equity.

Juro has big ambitions: de-throne MS Word and DocuSign as the default way to agree contracts online. And we’ll need a lot of help doing it**.**
Having just raised $23m Series B backed by top-tier investors (including Fidelity, USV, Point Nine and the founders of Indeed among others) and 3x annual revenue growth, we’re in a great position to pilot this change.
Our most experienced AEs are all currently directly managed by our VP Sales, James. Even with solid sales enablement processes and playbook in place, we want to build a sales infrastructure that scales and supports top-tier growth.
This means bringing someone onboard to work strategically and oversee execution and coaching.
Right now, our VP Sales James is owning all of these elements, which makes it harder for him to deliver on his mission as we aspire to continue to grow 10% MoM.
Your progression with Juro:
You will join us at MN3 level in our career map. We expect the next natural step for you to move up into a Senior Director (MN4) position.
