The Role

At Tractable, the People team is a key part of the strategic mission and success of the company. In this role, you will be a part of the engine of the People team that keeps the lights on. Reporting into the Head of HR Operations, you will own the payroll process, benefits administration and handle large parts of compensation and equity.

You will:

• Prepare and execute payroll processes for 300+ team members in ~10 different countries and provide answers for any queries
• Manage and administer our benefits programs (pension, medical, etc)
• Handle our equity option scheme: all Tractable employees have equity as part of their compensation, and you will be responsible for making sure that our equity schemes are on track in all countries of presence and the exercising of options happens efficiently
• Partner closely with other internal functions such as Finance and IT and cross regionally with team members in Japan and the United States

What you need to be successful

• 1+ years of experience in a HR operations or similar role within a fast growing business
• Experience with payroll (ideally in multiple countries)
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Great problem solving ability
• Discretion in handling confidential information
