As for the role; Soldo is looking for a Marketing Engagement (Automation) Manager who can build and execute automated engagement journeys at scale as well as drive forward their marketing automation strategy. The Role
· Build and execution of data and event driven journeys throughout the customer lifecycle across multiple channels (email, SMS, push, in-product messaging, chatbots) to help achieve our goals.
· Work with internal data management and product teams to ensure we have the right data models and events to support automation of our marketing journeys as well as measurement of business impact
· Support the wider business to execute ad-hoc marketing campaigns to existing customer base across multiple channels (email, SMS, in App Messaging, outbound calling, etc).
· Review best practices, processes and workflows for marketing automation to ensure we operate as efficiently as possible and are able to scale at rapid pace
· Develop standardised processes and programs that allow other team members to self-serve in the creation of automated marketing programs
· Responsible for and manage QA for all automated engagement campaigns and journeys
· Be the expert in marketing automation and engagement and serve as a consultant to the rest of the team and business to ensure we continually optimise to deliver the best impact.
· Review our marketing automation stack and make recommendations to ensure we continue to find new /improved ways to engage with customers and maximise business results.
· Work with Marketing Technology teams to implement new technology, tools and integrations.
· Work with legal teams to ensure compliance with GDPR / relevant data protection rules and guidelines.

About you:
· You will have worked in a similar role with full responsibility for managing integrated marketing engagement journeys at scale to drive growth and retention
· Ability to set up sophisticated automated journeys in customer engagement platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) Experience with Intercom would be ideal
· Results driven, with a strong commercial mindset and ability to effectively prioritise.
· Strong customer focus, with experience mapping customer journeys
· Comfortable working autonomously, with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and work management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks across multiple projects.
· Knowledge of the MarTech landscape and the ability to think bring innovative approaches to communications
· Knowledge of GDPR and other privacy regulations.
· It would be a nice to have if you are familiar with web tracking technologies (Google Analytics, Segment, etc) and have strong analytical skills and knowledge of database management such as SQL (MySQL)
