The Role

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful processing of our European payrolls, currently covering 7 different jurisdictions
• Working collaboratively with the people team and our outsourced payroll provider to ensure all month-to-month changes are captured and communicated in a timely fashion
• Review of all calculations provided by the outsourced payroll provider to verify completeness and accuracy
• Play an active role in assisting with setting up payrolls in new European territories as required
• Act as the primary point of contact for any employee payroll queries in the relevant territories
• Work collaboratively to improve and enhance processes

We’re a high growth company and roles can change and evolve. You’ll need to be willing to turn your hand to anything within the finance team’s remit that supports the team with delivering its objectives.

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be:

• Payroll management experience, preferably with a European focus
• High level of attention to detail
• Deadline driven
• Ability to problem solve in unfamiliar scenarios
• Good communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple demands with clear sense of prioritisation

It would also be helpful if you have:

• Experience in managing European payrolls
• Experience of working with outsourced payroll providers, such as CloudPay
• European language skills desired, but not required
