The Role:
We’re looking for a product designer to lead the design of various aspects of our internal tooling, improving support for our 6 million+ customers. This is a unique opportunity to work on the systems that power a world-class customer support experience. The potential for business impact is huge.
You’ll help connect the dots behind the scenes to reduce the chance of customers getting stuck, and make problems quick and easy to resolve when they do. This means designing interfaces and flows that our support team uses every day, learning where to improve, and making their work better.
This role would suit candidates with a systems design, service design, or information architecture background, with experience facilitating workshops and wrangling complexity to produce clear, usable, and intuitive tools.
