The role:
The Product Marketing team at Soldo translates user insights into product opportunities, through compelling messaging of our products and their value. We focus our efforts in five key areas:
- Discovering customer pain points, buyer behaviour, market opportunities and competitor activity
- Defining use cases, value propositions, messaging and proof points
- Delivering the GTM strategy for our products and managing customer-focused product launches
- Equipping sales, marketing and customer success teams with the necessary knowledge, assets and know-how to delight customers
- Driving product adoption and usage
We’re scaling quickly and working in an agile environment driving rapid and iterative launches and collaborating with colleagues across the business. This exciting opportunity in an innovative and disrupting environment with a great culture.
About You:
- Experience in product marketing SaaS products, with a balance of customer discovery, product messaging and feature launches. Professional proficiency in a second European language e.g. Italian, French, German would be a plus.
- A passion for Fintech. Experience in payments, accounting and modern spend management technologies preferred
- An understanding of complex sales and buyer journeys in relation to Fintech and SaaS products
- You’ve interviewed customers (users and buyers) and have the ability to unearth, document and deeply understand customer needs
- You’ve run or played a key role in product/feature launches, know how to deliver, measure success and improve delivery
- Proven success translating product value into compelling messages, associated collateral, all underpinned by customer and market proof
- You are proficient in translating technical features into clear and concise benefits, and know how to position value that aligns to customer challenges and pain points
- Strong commercial communication and influencing skills – written and verbal. Ability to present clearly and concisely in front of executives, partners, press, analysts and customers
- Data driven, turning quantitative and qualitative data into insightful customer, product, and GTM recommendations
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong bias for action and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a Pan-European business comfortably
- Strong collaborator, planner and multi-tasker, partnering with teams and senior stakeholders across the business
