The Role

We are looking for a talented B2B Product Marketer, with experience working in a fast-growing SaaS B2B company, a passion for the fintech market and ideally, a good understanding of employee expense (T&E) products. This role is central to helping drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our products and communicate user value in the Benelux region. The Product Marketing team at Soldo translates user insights into product opportunities, through compelling messaging of our products and their value.

We’re looking for someone who must have

• Experience product marketing B2B SaaS Fintech products in the Benelux region, with a primary focus on the Netherlands market. This means you must be fluent in Dutch and have working proficiency in English. You will be able to demonstrate experience in areas of customer discovery, product messaging and feature launches.
• An understanding of complex sales and buyer journeys in relation to B2B Fintech and SaaS products. Ideally you will have experience with employee expense management (T&E) products and processes.
• Experience with interviewing customers (users and buyers) and have the ability to unearth, document and deeply understand customer needs.
• Been responsible or played a key role in product/feature launches, you know how to deliver, measure success, conduct competitive intelligence and improve delivery.
• Had success with translating product value into compelling messages, associated collateral, all underpinned by customer and market proof.
• Proficiency in translating technical features into clear and concise benefits and know how to position value that aligns to customer challenges and pain points.
• Strong commercial communication and influencing skills – written and verbal. Ability to present clearly and concisely in front of executives, partners, press, analysts, and customers.
• Driven decisions based on data analysis, turning quantitative and qualitative data into insightful customer, product, and GTM recommendations.
