The Role
Working closely with our Commercial, Operations, and Finance team this HRBP will advise, coach, and enable leadership and employees to thrive at PPRO. We continue to be on a fast growth trajectory, both in our business opportunities as well as in building out our greater PPRO team. This is a fascinating time to join an extremely fast-paced and dynamic organization.
Building on your experience as a trusted advisor you will partner closely with our leaders to help build a growth-minded and high-performing organisation. You will work across the matrix, tapping into Centres of Expertise across the HR value chain and collaborating closely with our experts in our regional hubs, thereby bringing a people operating model to life that focuses on people, culture, operational excellence, and organisational resilience.
