The Role

Working closely with our Commercial, Operations, and Finance team this HRBP will advise, coach, and enable leadership and employees to thrive at PPRO. We continue to be on a fast growth trajectory, both in our business opportunities as well as in building out our greater PPRO team. This is a fascinating time to join an extremely fast-paced and dynamic organization.

Building on your experience as a trusted advisor you will partner closely with our leaders to help build a growth-minded and high-performing organisation. You will work across the matrix, tapping into Centres of Expertise across the HR value chain and collaborating closely with our experts in our regional hubs, thereby bringing a people operating model to life that focuses on people, culture, operational excellence, and organisational resilience.

What you will be doing:

• Advise, coach, and enable leaders and employees to grow and thrive in a hypergrowth environment
• Facilitate, tailor, and bring to life our people mission and implement tools to empower, engage and enable individual employees, teams, and the organisations to grow, continuously improve and innovate
• Support leaders and employees that work in distributed teams and introduce flexible working models, support building trust and an inspiring and winning culture across PPRO
• Challenge the status quo by proactively identifying people trends, and opportunities and making suggestions on how we can fuel and excel in the development of our people and organization.
• Embrace and contribute to bringing Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and People Shared Services functions to the next level, by helping develop strategies, roadmaps, and tools.
• Work across the globe in multiple jurisdictions to attract, develop and retain talent for PPRO
• Drive change, communicate and implement new HR tools and technologies to better support PPRO leaders and employees

Who are you:

• 10+ years experience as HR Business Partner or the equivalent in an international, agile, and  fast-growing company
• Proven track record in successfully developing strategies, leading and implementing change across multi jurisdictions and cultures.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to build strong relationships and networks as a trusted partner and contribute as part of a senior management team in a complex matrix environment
• Team player who likes to work in a culturally diverse global team 
• Excellent communication skills, ability to synthesise and communicate in a concise way
• A high degree of business acumen and used to working in a data-driven way
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment
• Fluent in English
