Your Team

As the Technical Operations Engineer, you will form part of the function responsible for the implementation and continual improvement of IT Procedures. Working across multiple teams, supporting, advising, and adding value to the business. This would include:

• Change- and release management;
• Incident- and problem management;
• Business continuity planning;

We will be on the frontline for incidents engaging with the business during some of the most stressful times. Engaging with technical teams to resolve the issues and providing the business with clear communications on progress. As a team, we will support the wider business, and bring the right tools to the business to enable growth and development. Continually looking for improvements through refinement and automation.

Your Mission

• Process implementation and continually improving;
• To enable us to overcome challenges with processes and regularly identify areas for improvement.

Your Story

• We are looking for someone who has experience in process implementation and working within ITIL’s Framework.
• You will need to be an excellent communicator, delivering processes for everyone;
• You will have a broad IT background;
• You will have knowledge of ITIL and the implementation of the framework into a business;
• Excellent English, written and spoken;
• Experience in Atlassian Suite of products as an Administrator;
• Experienced in strategic, operational, and service delivery targets;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving is an enablers to our stakeholders;
• Ready to tackle new challenges;
• Experience in PCI DSS and ISO 27001 would be an advantage.
