The Role

We are seeking a Web Producer to join our Digital Growth team. This is an exciting new role for someone to take ownership of the website content by building new pages, ensuring the current content is up to date, and coming up with ideas for how we can elevate our value proposition to prospective customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating and implementing content for product and feature launches
• Working with the banking and product teams to ensure content is up to date
• Carry out competitor analysis and regularly review and update existing pages to ensure the content is up to date and the proposition is competitive
• Managing the production of copy and assets for pages, working with the SEO Specialist, copywriters, and designers
• Working towards engagement and conversion goals using a combination of creativity and analytical skills
• Ensuring the website is following UX and UI best practices
• Provide analysis of performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and proactively suggest and test improvements
• Implement tagging, tracking, and attribution required to measure performance
• Ensuring the website meets and maintains accessibility standards
• Work collaboratively with the wider digital team to align with and share learnings with the other channel owners such as Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, Paid Search, SEO, and CRO to ensure we have our most robust proposition in the market
• Liaise with our website engineers on content priorities and website projects

Requirements

• You’ll know or be willing to learn Markdown and YAML to make website content updates
• Managing multiple projects at a time
• Experience using analytics tools
• Track record of running A/B test campaigns
• Knowledge of UX and UI
• Understanding of SEO
• Passionate about creating a good website experience for users
• You have strong numeracy and analytical skills with an ability to analyse and draw insights from large data sets
• Experience in writing and converting web copy
• You have good verbal and written communication skills
• You have a flexible, approachable attitude with good problem-solving skills
• You can work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Looker is a bonus but not essential
