Redefine Legal: Startup That Can Transform Legal Services for Startups
One-stop-shop for a Startup’s Legal Needs
Whether a startup needs a free privacy policy template, a free employment contract, or expert legal support during a funding round, Redefine Legal has either a free template, free guide, or an expert lawyer who can help.
Startups should go to Redefine Legal for:
- Free legal document templates.
- A marketplace of expert lawyers at transparent and competitive rates.
- Help with preparing terms and conditions and data privacy compliance (GDPR).
- Contract reviews and negotiations.
- Legal support during the fundraising process.
Free guides
Redefine Legal provides free guides on the general fundraising process, the main tax relief investors seek (SEIS and EIS), how to apply for the applicable tax reliefs, and what options exist about issuing shares.
Free Documents
Redefine Legal has built a free legal document generator that helps startup founders produce the documents they need to raise funds. The free documents include an advance assurance cover letter generator to help startups initially obtain SEIS advance assurance, and, when investors are lined up, the documents needed to actually raise funds (including shareholder consents, investor consents, and the fundraising documents themselves).
Expert Lawyers
Redefine Legal is a marketplace for legal services, and as such, it hosts a growing number of lawyers who can provide expert advice throughout the fundraising process, from Seed through to Series A and beyond.
